TECHNICIAN – HVAC

Position Summary: To provide maintenance on residential/commercial heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards providing the customer with a high-quality experience.

Work Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm Monday through Friday. (Weekends, Overtime & Evenings as needed)

Employment Type: Full Time

General Qualifications needed for this position:
- High personal integrity
- Clean criminal record
- Drug free
- No visible tattoos or piercings
- Must have at least 2+ years service experience or schooling
- Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
- Clean or near clean driving record
- Must be able to be honest, no matter what
Technical Qualifications:
- Be familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Experience making repair and replacement decisions
- Advanced customer service skills - must be personable & possess good customer relation skills
These skills will help with pay and likelihood of hire:
- Experience / Training in the HVAC field
- Customer service and general problem solving
- Customer / coworker references are a plus
- Existing ownership of applicable tools

TECHNICIAN / INSTALLER APPRENTICE
*TECHNICIAN / INSTALLER APPRENTICE: (2+Years Experience): Based on experience & qualifications.

Job Description: Assist in all areas of HVAC. Primarily helping with installation and service, working along side and gaining knowledge under the supervision of a HVAC technician. Must have basic hand tools. **Strong commitment to team work and exceptional customer service.
